Feng Shui My Car

I decided to Feng Shui my car because my room is already very organized and clean. My car now honors Chi because it is organized and the Chi now has space to flow without getting blocked by the random objects scattered all over my car. My car also honors The Five Elements of Feng Shui because I feel as though my car represents the elements Metal and Water. It channels these elements because of the colors in my car are mainly blue and gray. Therefor my car has a sense of relaxation and represents independence and strength. Bagua is represented in my car because I have a lot of objects in my back left seat, which is knowledge, wisdom, and harmony and also represent the color blue. I like my new set up, mostly because I know where everything is and it is more visually appealing. I hope it stays this clean, although I know it probably will not.

The Taoist Walk

The most powerful sensation was the feeling of the cold air hitting my lungs as I took deep breaths in. I have been on this path before, although since it was for running purposes, I have never seen or felt it through this perspective. I heard the wind blowing through the trees, which was super calming to me. I thought about nature and took in all of my surroundings during the walk. I definitely felt relaxed. I think this relates to Taoism because the walk almost felt effortless, and when I was on it I could fully gather my thoughts.

How will I grow in History 1181?

I strive to be more knowledgeable with other cultures and religions because up to this point, I do not think we have been taught a lot about them. I hope to expand my perspectives and horizons and that this class will shape me into a more open-minded person.
